If you’re experiencing issues with the “Activate” button for the code you received upon purchase, we’re here to assist you. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:

  • Update the extension: It’s possible that the issue is due to an outdated version of the extension. To resolve this, you need to update it to the latest version. Please download the updated extension using the following link and install it:

  • If you can’t install FxMonster.zxp, try downloading the ZXP Installer from the link below and install through it:

  • Going to “Edit” -> “Preferences” -> “Scripting & Expressions” -> “Application Scripting” and activate the checkbox for “Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network”.
  • Try to use any VPN service before you press the “Activate” button.
  • Download the latest version of the package you purchased from the “Downloads” section of your personal cabinet.
